Case we explored:

A Training company that is 40 years on the market and focussing on diversity trainings for organisations is struggling. Their clients are giving negative feedback, the revenue is shrinking and the executive board is looking for a turnaround. The Board is reaching out to Rob to support.

The 3 steps Robs used to deconstruct the case:

  1. Understand the situation through a “teaching audit”

    • Talking to the management understanding the pain points

    • Meeting with Teachers to interview them

    • Observing classes and how the teachers teach

    • Interviewing participants of the training to gain insights

  2. Synthesising the insights and presenting the findings back to the board with a clear action plan

  3. Tailor made problem solution fit to the client through deep dive engagement with the management, trainers and staff of the client.
